Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

1. Pre-Shipping Cancellation:

- Customers can cancel their orders before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vriksalnaturals.com with your order details.

2. Post-Shipping Cancellation:

- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may instead follow our return and refund process once they receive the product.

Order Cancellation by Vriksal Naturals

1. Out of Stock:

- If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and automatically cancel the order. You will receive a full refund.

2. Incorrect Pricing:

- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be informed of the error and receive a full refund.

3. Suspected Fraud:

- We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent. You will be notified, and no charges will be made to your payment method.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Incorrect Products:

- If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or issue a full refund.

3. Unopened Products:

- If you wish to return a product that is unopened and in its original packaging, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

- Products that have been used or opened.

- Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us:

- Email us at vriksalnaturals@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your return.

3. Shipping:

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the return authorization email. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund Process

- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.

- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

- Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
